Job Title: Replenishment Technician
Location: Austin TX
Duration: 12 Months
Summary:
- Everything needed for this role will be onsite at Austin Airport.
- They will need to drive their personal vehicle around the Atlanta and surrounding areas and keep a service kit in their vehicle.
- Schedule: Fluid but main hours will be from 3pm to 8 or 9 pm; maybe not same start time each shift depending on the workflow. MGR would like these workers to call into 9 am standup meeting 2x/per week to share experiences in the field. Can get close to 40 hrs/ wk.
- Workers need a more technical experience as well to be able to help do basic service on machines.

The primary role of the Replenishment Technician is to provide replenishment and low-level maintenance support to our machines to enable us to meet our quality standards and safety codes and ensure we are executing our programs successfully. What You will Do for Us:
- Performs routine assignments in both replenishments and basic servicing of Costa Creations Costa X! Studio systems to include: preparing replenishment materials based on pick lists, checking replenishment materials for quality and readiness.
- Individual contributor acting as an established professional working independently with little supervision, receiving a moderate level of guidance and direction.
- Performs basic on-site remedies to issues with the help of service technicians.
- Provides facts, policies and practices related to various job sites.
- Communicates with contacts typically within immediate job area on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring some explanation, or interpretation to reach an agreement.
- Able to explain and demonstrate job tasks to all internal and external visitors.
- May require some ability to gain cooperation of other parties on practices, policies, and procedures.
- Checks and sometimes makes minor adjustments to work methods to solve problems in the field.
- Satisfactorily completes lift training courses.
- Works with facilities maintenance personnel and vendors/contractors to complete tasks.
- Utilizes computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track all work.
- Obey local driving laws when in route for a job.
- Trained in Local health codes and food handling requirements.
- Work with Remote Monitoring team to perform low-level service tasks including screen re-booting, machine cleaning, and initial analysis of potential on-site issues.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to understand and use Safety Data Sheet, and preventive maintenance documentation.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Must be able to use a computer and associated software programs. (Microsoft Office suite of applications)
- Must be able to work an eight (8), ten (10), or twelve (12) hour shifts as required with overtime or extended hours as necessary and work any shift as directed from management.
